We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Quality (M/F/d) to join our team and lead our quality assurance and engineering efforts.

As the Head of Quality (M/F/d), you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our quality strategy while fostering collaborative relationships with our engineering and operations teams.

Tasks


Key Responsibilities:


  • Influence, define, and implement the quality strategy to ensure the highest standards across our organization.
  • Develop strong links with the engineering and operations teams through peer leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Define and implement quality assurance processes to drive continuous improvement and ensure product excellence.
  • Establish a system of metrics to monitor and drive measurable quality improvements.
  • Utilize statistical analysis to evaluate key quality data and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with engineering to define criticaltoquality parameters for new product development and design for manufacturing activities.
  • Stay updated on the latest quality management methodologies and developments, implementing best practices where applicable.
  • Actively participate in multifunctional discussions, bringing valuable datadriven insights to key business initiatives.

Requirements:


Qualifications:


  • Peer Leadership competence
  • Proven experience in quality management within a fastpaced and dynamic environment, preferably in the energy storage, lithium batteries or renewable energy sector.
  • Expertise in implementing quality assurance processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Fluency in both English and German languages.
