Research Associate (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities:

Contribute to stages of research and development for novel IVD assay products targeting diseases, such as inflammation.
Design experiments and prepare experimental protocols, especially for protein assay development, by him/herself
Perform common molecular biology and biochemical techniques for proteinbased detection assays, including purification and modification of antibodies.
Establish proteinbased detection assays and confirm the analytical performances.
Measurement the clinical samples by protein assays
Participate in preclinical and clinical IVD assay validations.

Lead general laboratory activities by maintaining equipment and managing lab supplies and reagents.

Your profile:

MS degree in biological/medical sciences or a related field in a life sciences discipline with demonstrated expertise in protein/biochemistry.
Laboratory work experience in a life sciences discipline with basic knowledge in protein chemistry/analytical chemistry
In basic knowledge of antibodies and various methods for protein assay development
Interested in evaluation of clinical validity

Nice to have's

Experience in Bioinformatics and/or clinical statistics is a plus
Knowledge and experience in protein assay development in IVD company is a plus.
