WAS DU BEWIRKEN KANNST

  • You work handinhand with the CEO to build and maintain an effective ecosystem to lead Marc O'Polo, set the strategic direction of the company and drive overarching strategic initiatives.
  • You support the CEO in all daytoday activities and provide additional leverage to achieve national and international growth targets.
  • You achieve this targets, for example, by ensuring the focus on top business priorities and core projects and converting strategic and operational priorities into annual meeting calendar and operating cadence.
  • The core of your task is being a thought partner and strategic, datadriven advisor to the CEO; be a challenger and creator of ideas, partnering with the CEO, then frame with clarity and advance those ideas together with the leadership team.
  • As a strong multiplier and trusted advisor to the CEO you will be able to identify internal developments and act diplomatically in challenging situations, ensuring that messages are consistent and in line with our growth and expansion strategy.
  • You set the framework for strategic conversations with the leadership team, proactively follow up, elaborate the CEO's agenda and prepare him for important meetings.
  • To integrate projects in the different business units, you establish and control effective management routines to keep an eye on workflows and identify challenges at an early stage.
  • You also create a structure for effective leadership team meetings and run them yourself this includes setting the agenda and controlling the quality of the content, steering the discussion/meeting and ensuring appropriate followup.
  • Furthermore you provide units and teams with necessary market insights, including monitoring demand and supply indicators and competitor performance.
  • This position offers you midterm development opportunities at top management level.

WER DU BIST

  • You have an excellent Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, economics or a comparable field of study.
  • You have at least 7 years of relevant professional experience, e.g. in a top management consultancy or in a similar role, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle environment (also possible as part of consulting projects).
  • Your strong market knowledge and passion for the sustainable fashion industry complete your profile, to act as a sounding board and provide strategic advice to the CEO and other members of the leadership team.
  • You are eager to drive and lead strategic projects with significant impact on the growth and success of the company.
  • You are comfortable with working across a variety of priority topics an thriving in fastpace environments.
  • You are characterized by ambition, result and action orientation as well as strong project management and personal organization skills.
  • Your professional "footprint" and your very good communication and interpersonal skills are your big plus when it comes to dealing professionally with various stakeholders.
  • You are able to understand complex issues, analyze data and transform it into significant reports and presentations to provide all stakeholders a basis for their decisions.
  • Discretion and integrity as well as a handson mentality with a focus on quick impact are a key to successfully fill this position.
  • You have business fluent English skills, verbal and written (at least C1) and also good German skills.
