Tasks:
- Review and negotiate Client contracts for the COE Region
- Review and negotiate Subcontracts for the COE Region
- Support the Legal team in all global initiatives and corporate law matters in the headquarter in Stuttgart
- Liaise with external legal counsel for any advice required, including legal disputes with clients or subcontractors
Requirements:
- A fully qualified law degree with exceptionally good results, or an equivalent, is required.
years relevant experience in a comparable function or as a lawyer in a reputable top tier law firm is preferred, but not required.
- Profound experience in commercial construction law is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in international, crossborder projects is preferred.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Enjoy working in a global, multinational environment.
