Do you enjoy putting seminar content directly into practice and thereby actively shaping the future of companies? With your master's degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Graduate School for Leadership & Management at the Steinbeis University, you can do both: During your two-year job integrated master's degree, you will be assigned to companies or organizations and implement one or more beneficial projects for them.

In addition to your regular day-to-day work, which you manage, you have the opportunity to shape corporate and personal development through these projects.

What can you expect?
Support global HR data collection processes for reporting purposes by quality checks of delivered data and assist local People & Culture coordinators
Create reports from several databases via MS PowerBI and draft recommendations/support your message with explanatory graphs, tables, etc.
Run queries and reports in our global Workforce Analytics Solution from SuccessFactors and further develop the solution together with experts
Ensure technical set-up of global
SAP BW (access management, system rights, IT specifications)
Update training & communication materials and manage related communication channels
Support the global team with analysis and reporting about HR topics both at global Allianz and local market level
Run external benchmark studies by analysing peer and industry reports

What should you bring along?
Completed studies in economics, mathematic, business administration or business informatics/engineering with focus on HR Management
High proficiency in MS Office software (especially PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint)
Fluent in English in speech and writing, German is a plus

SAP BW knowledge would be very helpful
Ability to perform qualified esearches and manage project plans and to track progress
Experience with R, Python or other scripting language used for data analysis, optional: basic knowledge of
VBA, macro creation (Excel)
Well organized, proactive team-player, customer oriented and communicative
Grasp complex topics easily and quickly
Experience in project work in a multicultural environment would be helpful
Enthusiasm about developing and implementing new ideas, but also having a realistic and practical outlook
