BSI Merch is looking for a patient and well-organised Customer Service Representative who can bring their positive energy to the exciting new team we are building at our rapidly expanding EU operation in Berlin.
Roles & Responsibilities- Responding to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Liaising with the head of customer services and team to effectively communicate information from thirdparty producers, suppliers and account managers
- Responding to customer queries via a live chat online feature
- Reaching out to company clients regarding any outstanding orders and items
- Engaging with customers via the company's official social media accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German, other languages like Polish are an advantage too
- A professional and polite tone
- Proficiency in Gorgias, Shopify and Microsoft Office is preferable but not essential as training is provided
- Strong time management skills
- A proactive approach to working
- Confidence in asking questions or for help if unsure
- A positive attitude when it comes to approaching problemsolving
