We plan, coordinate and analyze marketing campaigns, develop advertising concepts and content strategies, produce content and manage social media activities around the topic of medical tourism, especially in the field of hair transplantation.

We are seeking a dynamic Video Content Creator & Editor to join our team at Elithair UK.

As the face of our brand, you'll play a pivotal role in creating captivating content for various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Responsibilities:

Be the face of the Elithair UK brand, creating authentic, engaging, and visually appealing shortform and longform content.
Execute and shoot scripts planned by the brand manager.
Write and plan engaging scripts to ensure a clear and compelling narrative, in line with our content strategy.
Edit videos that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Optimize future content based on performance metrics and audience engagement.
Identify and leverage current social media trends to maximize reach and impact.

Results/Responsibilities:

Consistently produce engaging video content shared across Elithair UK channels, from script writing to shooting and editing.
Monitor content performance across platforms.
Collaborate with the video team and brand manager to foster brand growth and connect with our audience.

KPIs:

A.

Number of videos shot & produced per month (target: 16 videos, 4 videos per week).
B. Increase in brand visibility and follower growth on social media.

Performance:

Good:_ Performs confidently in front of the camera, meets 46 videos weekly, demonstrates innovative content strategies, and leads in high audience engagement.
Bad:_ Fails to meet the minimum video output or achieve significant engagement metrics.

Powers:

Experienced and comfortable in front of the camera.
Creative with the ability to generate engaging ideas.
Familiar with the full creation process, from script writing to editing and shooting.
Native English speaker, preferably with a UK accent.

Skills/Qualifications:

Must have a portfolio of previous work.
Experienced and comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.
Excellent command of narrative techniques and onbrand messaging.
Proven ability to script, shoot, and edit compelling video content that performs well in terms of viewer engagement and conversion.
Skilled in video editing using Capcut and other relevant software.
