Your mission during this flight:

As a Battery Junior Generalist, your main mission is to support different workstreams for battery development. You will act as go-to person, enabling progress, connecting stakeholders, and supporting the execution of development objectives. You will establish a good understanding of relevant battery knowledge, building a solid base for future career development.

J
ob tasks:

You independently complete work packages for the development of the battery system for the future of mobility
You review results of battery tests and derive meaningful implications
You distill clear takeaways from complex information and derive recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
You support (agile) project management methods and ensure the execution of plans
You organize & support workshops to e.g., review & aggregate results, develop scenarios, or outline a way forward
You create reports on technologies and suppliers
You act as a versatile problem solver and communicator

Qualifications:

Check in your professional skills:

You have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in e.g., Industrial Engineering, Engineering & Management, Mechanical/ Electrical engineering, or similar
You have excellent verbal & written communication skills
You are proactive, passionate, and solutionoriented

Preferred skills:

You have collected first related working experience in Project Management or Consulting
You have worked in the battery or electric vehicle industry before
