GLOBAL PHARMA CONTROLLER (M/F/D):

Global Pharma Controller (M/F/d)

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, coordinate and report business performance metrics as well as financial, commercial and operational KPIs of Global Pharma BU and provide actionoriented reports
Provide Pharma leadership with business performance reports and adhoc analysis for decision making.
Coordinate monthend closing activities as well as financial planning and budgeting for business unit incl. forecasts, target/ actual analysis
Provide financial insights and work collaboratively with the Pharma teams to support business growth and achievement of strategic plans
Prepare, coordinate and evaluate business investment decisions with the Business Unit Heads
Takes part and challenges key business decisions using relevant reporting and analysis, and presenting data in a commercial way, to optimize profitability, costs and efficiency of activities.
Provide support for M&A and Integration activities for BU.

YOUR PROFILE:

Minimum 3 years of combined professional experience in financial management / (industrial) distribution industry
Academic degree in business administration with focus on Accounting and/or Finance
Excellent analytical skills (high level of quality / accuracy of work)
Experience in working in an international environment
Strong communications and interpersonal skills, working across all levels and functions
Good communication skills with a fluency in English
