Compliance Intern (M/F/d):


Your tasks:

• Support the Advario Compliance team to design, enhance and implement a Compliance Management System for the Advario Group (national/international)
• Support the Compliance team in drafting internal communication
• Support the administration of compliance trainings in cooperation with the worldwide people functions
• Facilitate the cooperation of a global network of decentralized compliance coordinators
• Support the update of compliance policies for the Advario Group
• Support compliance projects to ensure continuous improvement of the Advario compliance program

Your profile:

• Legal, compliance or communication background
• Understanding of business processes across functions
• Analytical mindset with an eye for practical solutions
• Practical experience working in projects is a plus
• Experience with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Affinity to IT and experience with internal controls and accounting systems is a plus
• Written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
