As we continue to grow dynamically, we ́re seeking a

Working Student (d/M/F) to become an integral part of our Organisational Development department in Munich.

What You Will Do

You support exciting and versatile Organisational Development projects and take over work packages independently
You will assist in creating an organisational design and providing organisational structures for our further global growth
You assist developing an organisational framework to effectively govern complexity within the company. Including the creation of roles, reporting lines, levels, and organisational charts
You help implementing and enforcing policies consistently throughout the organisation
You provide advisory with organisational guidelines together with the team
You will collaborate on further activities within the Organisational Development area and take over daytoday business tasks like the creation of presentations or analyses

What You Bring

Active and handson way of working with others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German
Ideally, a background in organisational development, business administration, project management or a similar field
User/employee centricity as a second nature
Good knowledge of Office 365, e.g. SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
