Discover your exciting role:


  • The main task of the Director of HR Data & Analytics will be to enhance and lead the global people analytics practice and further development of HR analytics. The position is based in Exyte's global headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Define and exercise effective data quality controls and data cleanup activities
  • Oversee HR data quality and work with HR process and system owners to define effective measures and secure a high level of HR data
  • The projects/initiatives concentrate on data analytics (as/is), future state definition (tobe), taking over the responsibility for setting up the projects/initiatives and running them
  • Enhance and lead the global people analytics practice, control and monitor via KPIs/dashboards and further development of HR analytics. Ensure excellent HR data quality within the Exyte group
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and Centers of HR Expertise to drive content creation and consistent execution of the strategic plan and roadmap within our outstanding business growth

Show your expertise:


  • Several years of professional experience in data analysis, experience in reporting tools (e. g. Power BI), and crossfunctional projects
  • Proved experience in leading global HR processes and a strong background in understanding HR data architecture
  • Team player, entrepreneurial mindset, a highly structured and selforganized way of working, interculturally experienced and openminded with a strong passion for working in small highperformance teams
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP, Success Factors, and data architecture
  • Speak and write fluent English and German
