Finance Assistant Live Business:

Finance & Accounting

To support our finance department in carrying out accounting and finance activities, we are looking for a
Finance Assistant (M/F/d) Live Business, initially on a temporary basis for 18 months.

Your Tasks

You are responsible for the preparatory (accounts payable) bookkeeping and account assignment of business transactions in DATEV
You process event/concert accounts and prepare artist fees
You manage the production cash register and process receipts via DATEV
You handle payment runs and are responsible for contract management
