The Global MDM team manages customer and supplier Master Data across all business units and functions within DB Schenker. GMDM actively drives the companies data and digitization strategy

by setting up data governance frameworks, implementing state of the art tools and collaborating with data owners from all business & functional units.

Tasks:

Leads the GMDM team on HO level
Drives the standardization, centralization and automation of Master data processes across all internal business and functional units endtoend
Global Process Owner for customer & supplier Master Data
Steers MDM Advisory Board Activities via continuous updates/decision proposals
Responsible for updating Strategic Policies and all Directives regarding MDM Objects in accordance with the Data Owners
Drives data quality initiatives according to the finance transformation strategy
Golden record/single source of truth.
Manages data provisioning and reporting according to the One Schenker BI initiative

To be successful in the above role, the incumbent should possess/ display the following key skills/ attributes:
Minimum 7 years of experience in the area of Master data ,

Multiple years of experience in program management on global level
Knowledge in logistics
Ability in supporting and guiding the organization on all levels including executive level
Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English
Strategic thinking with the ability of breaking down into deliverables
Strong in xfunctional collaboration & relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
