Aufgaben:


  • WHAT WE DO
  • Pay directly from the car: Mercedes pay supports, among other things, incar payments as well as payment processing via app and in the web shop.
  • We want customers' contact with Mercedes pay and the payment transactions on the global platform to be as seamless as possible. We are also developing exciting new payment products and solutions to provide customers with an even better user and payment experience.
  • WHO WE ARE
  • Mercedes pay GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG. Mercedes pay plays a fundamental part in the mobility and digitalisation strategy of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. We operate the central payment processing platform and act as the competence centre for payments at Mercedes-Benz.
  • Mercedes pay launched in its first market in September 2018. We are now active in more than 40 countries on five continents, processing transactions for Mercedes-Benz products and services. Depending on the market, Mercedes pay may process transactions from Mercedes me connect store, the Mercedes me app, incar payments or even supporting online vehicle sales.
  • WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • During your internship, you will work with interdisciplinary teams across all hierarchical levels to participate in developing and transforming business strategies
  • Depending on the project, you will learn about different areas of corporate development (strategy development, strategy implementation, strategy communication) and analyze various business processes
  • You will support the department in the preparation, execution and followup of strategic workshops
  • You will also support the department with market & competitive analyses in the payment environment
  • In addition, you will support in developing concepts for measuring the success of the company's goals and report regularly on progress

Qualifikationen:


  • WHAT WE EXPECT
  • At least three completed semesters of a bachelor's degree program at a university or business school with aboveaverage grades
  • Interest in technology and digitization topics and in their integration into the corporate strategy
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills
  • Flexibility, high degree of independence and initiative, mobility, aboveaverage commitment and team spirit
  • Very good German and English as well as routine with MS Office (especially Power Point and Excel)
