- Execution and management of customer implementation projects in the Air&Sea Europe division
- Analysis and creation of processes, IT requirements and documentation
- Development and implementation of solutions in the area of reporting, IT/EDI connections
- Creation of customer-specific operating procedures and work instructions
- Coordination of projects with customers and the Hellmann network
- Conducting training for the operational units based on the documentation created
- Supporting the operational units in consideration of continuous improvement processes
- Completed logistics apprenticeship and or completed University degree/Diploma related to logistics
- Operational experience in the freight forwarding industry in the air and sea freight sector
- Experience in project management as well as a systematic and solution-oriented way of working
- Experience with customer implementation and in analyzing complex requirements is desirable
- Excellent communication skills as well as high customer orientation and ability to work in a team
- Very good written and spoken English skills
