We are looking for a
Strategy & Operations Associate Principal to oversee one of our most impactful partnerships in the DACH region.

Via's technology platform powers WirMobil, the transport service for those with special mobility needs in Berlin.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who is eager to roll-up their sleeves and get into the nitty gritty while truly shaping strategy, P&L and our long-term relationship with our partner.

Please note this role is also posted as Associate General Manager._

What You'll Do:

Shape our strategy and P&L results for our deployments, which combine SaaS solutions with significant on the ground operational support
Closely monitor qualitative and quantitative insights from our services from extracting and analyzing data and building financial models to define strategies to enhance our operational efficiency and financial performance
Work closely with team members in Strategy, Operations, Algorithm and Product to increase scalability
Recommend strategies that strike the right balance between service quality and operational excellence while respecting our SLAs
Be Via's champion for the partner: lead strategic conversations to scale our partnership to the next level
Be a leader and work with different team members: foster a collaborative, cohesive, and energetic presence

Who You Are:

Empathetic and excited to roll up your sleeves to drive change
Fluency in German and English: you will be presenting and discussing your conclusions with our partners, which is why a C1 is the minimum proficiency level recommended
Informed by experience: you have 4+ years of experience to guide you. We welcome people from all backgrounds be it highgrowth startups, tech, finance, consulting, or other industries
Ideally, you've worked with data or in externalfacing roles: you will analyze financial data and present your findings to our partner
Keen to take ownership: you will uncover trends and make datadriven recommendations to improve our business
Strong communication skills: you have the ability to explain technical concepts to a nontechnical audience
