- Um eine Simulation aufzubauen und eine Wissendatenbank zu nurtzen reproduzieren Sie Kundenanfragen
- In dieser Wissensdatenbank übernehmen Sie die technisch führende Pflege softwarebezogener Artikel
- Sie wirken bei Entwicklungsprojekten im Produktfeld Software mit
- Außerdem wirken Sie bei der Erstellung, Koordination und Ausführung von Trainings von Endkunden, Händlern und Kollegen mit
- Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Endkunden, Softwareintegration und Sales
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich, z.B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder als Quereinstieg mit Berufserfahrung
- Vorzugsweise Erfahrung in der Healthcare IT (DICOM & HL7)
- Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein hohes Organisationsvermögen
- Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Professioneller Umgang mit kritischen Kundenanfragen
- Sicheres EDV-Verständnis und Interesse an digitalen Herausforderungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
