As the leader of the Global Operational Transfer Pricing team under the Global Controlling organization, you will define the global strategy and roadmap.

Will lead the Global Operational Transfer Pricing Team through implementation and ensuring processes are in place and followed. Will be the key leader in organizational transfer pricing initiatives. Will work with various internal stakeholder groups within the Finance as well as operational community. Consults with external vendors as needed as well as stays up to date on relevant industry trends.

Duties:

Overseas Operational Transfer Pricing team through design, implementation and execution of processes and controls for determining, monitoring, and adjusting transfer prices.
Responsible for the oversight of transfer pricing calculations and adjustments
Ensure the profitability of legal entities and functions during the year and at yearend.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements by evaluating tax or customs risks relating to the TFP calculation/adjustment.
Coordinating answer to adhoc TFP requests, in particular calculation of TFPs for newly launched products
Ensure team has required master data for calculation and invoicing (Workday, ERP System, Excel-Based)
Oversight and liaisons with invoicing and calculation of the trueup (incl. coordination of the process to issues debit / credit notes); coordinates with GBS locations as needed.
Annual review and update of the intercompany services and global roles catalogue
Oversight of preparation report with the financial impacts of the service charges
Responsible for global training and adherence
Standardization, automatization and streamlining of processes, TFP calculation templates, P&L segmentation, transaction mappings and cost classification.
Brings forward to Finance Leadership opportunities for digitalization and automation to streamline workflows.
Collection, preparation, and analysis of data for transfer pricing and fiscal impact assessments to support strategic decisionmaking and optimize transfer pricing strategies
Handle and communicate TP calculations and adjustments.
Collaborate with and support various internal stakeholders.
Lead Global OTP initiatives and projects.
May present to members of the Finance community as well operations on initiatives and projects of OTP

Required skills:

810 years of experience in Finance with experience in Tax
Relevant work experience in a Big4 or multinational corporation in (Operational) Transfer Pricing, Controlling, or Transfer Pricing related topics
Proficiency in transfer pricing methodologies and principles, including OECD guidelines
Good knowledge and strong interest in standardizing and automating reporting, controlling and governance processes.
Analytical and goaloriented mindset with a high affinity for numbers
High proactiveness, a high degree of readiness for action as well as robustness and flexibility
Structured, independent way of working
Empathetic teamoriented and willingness to work with multicultural and crossfunctional global stakeholders, hands on mentality.
Technical knowledge: Good knowledge and strong interest in standardizing and automating reporting, controlling and governance processes
Languages: Fluent in English and German
