To strengthen the team, we are looking for an additional
Customer Support Specialist in Cologne, Germany to join the current team of 8.


The role

  • You will be primarily responsible for receiving customer orders and entering them into the Oracle system. You will also process all customerrelated inquiries such as shipping requests, complaints, etc.
  • Your task includes presales, customer service and aftersales.

Key responsibilities:


  • Data management of customer data in Oracle.
  • Supporting customer requests and finding solutions that are beneficial to the company and the customer.
  • Review of incoming customer orders e.g. price accuracy, and completeness of information.
  • Supporting the finance department with the monthly dunning run.
  • Escalation of problems/incidents to Customer Service Management.

To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following job profile:

  • Completed commercial Education or University degree
  • 2+ years of experience in internal sales support, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Handson mentality
  • Fluent in spoken and written German
  • Good English skills to take part in international conversations
  • PC skills: good MS Office knowledge, good knowledge of Oracle/SAPbased databases
