Your future plans

  • Supporting the shift leads in the real time offshore technical completion of exchange works following on from project handover from technical planners
  • Work closely with the shift leads to ensure any project progress/issues are communicated effectively
  • Adherence to RWE's processes and procedures during an exchange and reporting any issues to shift lead
  • Responsible for the reporting of HSE incidents / near hits ensuring full utilisation of the RITAS reporting system
  • Support shift lead in any 'lessons learned' on tasks to ensure best practices and documentation are developed going forward
  • Develop longterm relationships with sites and relevant stakeholders, supporting exchange and repair needs, including technical support as necessary. Work alongside contractors in line with our operational needs
  • Work towards / enact a number of roles under the Wind Turbine Safety Rules and under the Electrical & Mechanical Safety Rules

Your profile

  • Major component exchange experience desirable but not essential
  • Selfmotivator; Ability to work successfully, safely and independently at remote wind farm locations
  • People oriented and proven offshore experience; IT literate
  • GWO Certification for offshore works
  • Travel in both Europe and United Kingdom
  • English speaking required; High level of communication skills
  • Hold a full driving licence
  • Platform authorisations desirable but not essential
