Our client, a leading global IT solution provider, is recruiting for an

ITOM Architect to join their company in

Responsibilities/Qualifications:
10+ Years of professional technical experience
6+ Years Engineering and Development experience in a Solution Consulting for ServiceNow Tool Implementation.
4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Event Management, Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Orchestration, Cloud Management
Experience in Event Management with monitoring platforms such as SCOM, HPOM, Zabbix, etc. and interfaces to ServiceNow.
Good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM Modules, Performance Analytics, Reporting and Dashboards development and implementation
Hands-on exposure on ServiceNow integration with at least 3-4 3rd party tools using REST API, Web Services, SOAP etc.
Good exposure on all phases of ServiceNow modules implementation lifecycle.
Experience working on Agile Methodology for project execution is preferable.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Developer fundamentals, Operational / Metric Intelligence fundamentals, CSDM fundamentals, ITSM fundamentals, ATF fundamentals
Knowledge of implementing and adjusting scripted custom solutions in ServiceNow (JavaScript
Client and Service Side)
Strong documentation and communication skills
Education & Certifications

College Degree in Information Systems or Engineering or Equivalent technical training/Experience

ServiceNow Discovery Accreditation and/or Certification desired

ServiceNow Business Service Mapping Certification desired

ITIL V3 Training and Certification- Great written and spoken skills in English
