A Snapshot of Your Day

A virtual coffee round in the morning offers you the opportunity to exchange ideas with your colleagues (f/m/d) and strengthens team building.

During the rest of the day, you have appointments to develop solutions or ideas for the tasks assigned to you, a Jour Fixe with your supervisor (f/m/d), where your tasks will be discussed in a 1:1 conversation, and during the whole day close exchange with colleagues (f/m/d) from our department.

As a daily task, you are responsible for the maintenance of Workflows, SharePoint, support in creating automations and preparing various documents and working on multiple topics.

Your creativity and ideas are welcome and flows into the decision-making process. You can work flexibly, in coordination with your manager, either at the Erlangen campus or in the home office.

How You'll Make an Impact

Participation through creative ideas and their implementation for the digitalization of data and related systems
Independent development of campaigns using all available media and support in rolling them out worldwide
Evaluations from Excel, Sharepoints as well as their preparation and analysis
Create automations using O36
Develop workflows to bring in several data sets into a readable and presentable format
Independently contacting our worldwide partners, clarifying and analyzing facts and preparing them ready for presentation
Independent pursuit with perseverance and result orientation of various topics in the areas of quality, environmental protection and occupational health and safety
Supporting the EQS-Team in a wide range of topics

What You Bring

Current technical or business degree (bachelor or master) toward Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable
Very good MS Office skills (SharePoint, Lists, Excel, Power Apps, etc)
Knowledge about ETL processes and its applicability
Ability to bring forth creative ideas and own RPA projects to automate existing work processes
Have some expertise on Kanban tooling and logic behind e.g. Jira, Planner, knowledge in automating workflows e.g., by using Alteryx/Snowlflake is a plus
Good communication skills in English and German
Ability to analyze, adherence to deadlines, results driven and solution orientation
Motivated to join a diverse team and work together to set the path for a sustainable digital landscape
