Operations Director, AMCS Germany - EHS/ESG
Job overview
The Operations Director is responsible for developing and executing on the Group's vision and strategy to ensure the successful performance of the EHS/ESG business, developing & maintaining client relationships and facilitating continued growth in revenue and operating income for AMCS.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the leadership necessary to fully integrate Quentic into AMCS group, create an organization structure that effectively serves the needs of the customers and AMCS
- Identify opportunities for cost synergies across the business to drive continued EBITDA growth
- Develop and implement tactics to deliver on the Group's strategies and annual goals to support and expand current operations and deliver overall financial performance.
- Responsible for clearly communicating Group strategy to the local management team; providing feedback regarding tactical operations including budgeting, goal setting, and managing performance; following organization's policies and applicable legal requirements.
Education and Qualifications
- Proven experience in an Operations Management position (5+ years) preferably in a medium sized Software company within the German market.
- Bachelor's degree in related field

- Ability to understand business drivers and objectives, and to translate those into business and operational plans that can be successfully delivered upon.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, excellent communicator with a highly accountable leadership style.
- Results focused and metric driven with excellent analytical abilities.

- Team oriented mindset with excellent mentoring skills
- The role may up to 20% travel
