Delivery Hero is looking for a
Specialist, Vendor Operations Performance (f/m/d) to join the European regional logistics team.

Delivery Hero Europe consists of 8 different country organisations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin.

Delivery Hero's businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions.

Your mission:

You will execute on regional (functional) initiatives to strengthen the vendor operations performance (fail rate, delays, offline time etc.) for our delivery operations across Europe
You monitor and analyse the vendor operations performance in Europe and proactively highlight areas for improvement
You provide senior management with regular performance reports, insights and presentations
You work closely with the logistics and commercial teams in our European markets as well as the global DH logistics teams
You work across the local teams to continuously improve current processes, product setups and ways of working to enhance the delivery operations
You coordinate and manage the rollout of new products and features aiming at improving the service quality as well as efficiency
You love working with logistics products, will become a power user of and evangelist for the DH logistics stack
Based on feedback from the country operations and your experience, you provide input to the global logistics product team on improving the logistics stack
You are able to develop good working relationships with key stakeholders, influence, and attain the requisite buyin in a structured way
You work on crossfunctional projects and engage with multiple business units

Your heroic skills:

You gained at least 12 years of professional experience in high growth startups, tech companies, management consultancy other dynamic role
You earned a university degree in STEM or economics
You possess a handson mentality and logical thinking skills
You are a high performer capable of creating impact through data driven decisions
You have a solid understanding and experience of SQL and data visualisation (e.g. Tableau or Data Studio)
You are highly motivated and communicative, independent and pragmatic in handling business challenges in a fastpaced environment
You are highly curious and happy to question the status quo
You possess excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
