The Role:
What you'll do:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for multiple entities within the group.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering relevant data, preparing reports, and assisting in the development of financial projections.
- Assist in the coordination and consolidation of financial information from various departments and subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
- Collaborate with other members of the finance team to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.
- Assist with documentation, data management tasks, and ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed, providing support to other stakeholders.
What you bring to the table:
- Commercial apprenticeship or similar training.
- First experience in a financial role, preferably within a group or multientity environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
- Good analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
- Comfortable working autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
