Your mission

Our People Team is responsible for a great employee experience, creates added value for over 300 employees every day and ensures that they feel comfortable and are optimally looked after in all personnel matters.

If you are ready for a new challenge with varied tasks and would like to actively support Isar Aerospace as our new People Operations Specialist (M/F/d), then our People Team is looking forward to getting to know you.

More specifically, you will:

Be a strategic driver in developing and implementing stateoftheart Human Resources policies and concepts (e.g. benefits, hybrid working models, New Normal) throughout the organization)
Track and capture personal as well as organizational changes in our Human Resources Software along the whole employee journey to ensure an ongoing data reliability
Support employees and future employees with visa requirements
Support the operational aspects of the full employment lifecycle of our employees from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between
Act as the initial point of contact for employees on questions related to (but not limited to) onboarding, benefits, leave of absence, payroll, accommodation requests, performance management, etc.
Treat employees as internal customers and provide highquality customer care to increase their satisfaction
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand gaps and challenges in current processes and programs and ultimately drive future improvements

Who you are and what you have

At least one year generalist experience within People Operations/Human Resources
University degree in a related field: Business Administration, Human Resources degree, psychology.
Highly organized and proactive with high attention to detail
Driven and targetoriented with analytical problem solving skills
Strong communication and relationship building skills, high in empathy
Fluent English and German
