About the Role


The VP, Digital Enterprise Transformation (S4/Hana ERP) will be responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives for the organization, specifically related to the strategy, implementation, and adoption of SAP S4 Hana.

You will work closely with key senior leaders, business stakeholders, cross-functional, technical, and consulting teams to ensure all phases of the Enterprise Transformation (S4/Hana) initiative are delivered successfully - on time, budget, quality, and adoption.

This role will directly report to the Chief Digital and Information Officer.

Your Team

You will have 2 to 3 direct reports and responsible for headcount of ~ at peak implementation)

What You Will Do

  • Develop and lead the digital transformation strategy and roadmap for the organization, with a focus on global SAP S4/Hana implementation
  • Experience with high visibility large scale global programs, influencing and presenting to Senior Leaders (C-Suite)
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimize business processes and S4 Hana functionality (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire)
  • Demonstrate deep business acumen, process knowledge, digital ERP domains/modules, and operational support
  • Design and implement best practices in technology improvements, and drive operational excellence through the adoption of digital technologies
  • Identify and implement best practices for process transformation, including change management, process mapping, and continuous improvement
  • Design the ERP architecture, considering the company's business processes and requirements. Consider factors such as scalability, security, and performance.
  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance process improvement skills and competencies within the organization
  • Drive the adoption of digital technologies across the organization by promoting awareness and understanding of the benefits of technology and end to end process transformation of SAP S4 Hana
  • Oversee the implementation of the ERP system and ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the implementation of global SAP S4/Hana
  • Lead the ERP architecture team and ensure that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that the ERP system is in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and manage relationships with ERP vendors and ensure that they deliver the required functionality
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the ERP system and recommend improvements, as necessary.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of digital transformation initiatives to senior leadership
  • Provide guidance and leadership to project teams to ensure the successful implementation of process improvements and SAP S4 Hana functionality
  • Provide technical guidance to the development team and ensure that the ERP system is developed according to best practices.
  • Utilize agile software development lifecycle to drive acceleration of benefits realization, end user satisfaction, and quality assurance. Ensure ownership, accountability, and on time delivery.
  • Rigorously manage estimates, forecasts, and actual related to multimillion dollar budgets and benefits realizations
What You Need

  • 7+ years of experience in managing multiple, large global crossfunctional teams or projects, influencing senior level management and key stakeholders
  • 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, with a focus on SAP S4/Hana implementation
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
  • Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital transformation and SAP S4/Hana implementation
  • Experience in managing and leading largescale digital transformation projects
What is Nice to Have

  • Strong experience with ERP systems, specifically with the S4/Hana platform.
  • Experience leading a global ERP architecture team.
  • Strong technical skills in enterprise architecture, software development, and database design.
  • Understanding of relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
