We are looking for a (mid-Level) IT Service Delivery - System Administrator (Internal IT) (f/m/d) to join our IT Service Desk team to create the best internal IT experience and work with cross-functional stakeholders within the company.

Provide customeroriented support to employees with their ITrelated issues.
Handle troubleshooting, installation, and support tasks for Windows, macOS, and Linuxbased systems.
Address the issues of colleagues both onsite and through remote sessions.
Liaise and coordinate with other departments, participating in crossfunctional projects.
Document and maintain system administration procedures and policies.
Utilise technical knowledge of enduser devices to troubleshoot incidents on Windows and macOS.
Manage and prioritise tickets and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and satisfactory customer service.

Your heroic skills:

A degree in Computer Science, vocational training in Computer Science, or equivalent.
Minimum 23 years of experience in system administration and IT.
Proficient in user management across Active Directory, AzureAD, and Google Workspace.
High ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Analytical, detailoriented, and creative problemsolving skills.
A proactive mindset and a drive to identify and address root causes.
High service orientation and an ability to empathise with and understand the customer's perspective.
Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

Experience working in an international Agile Environment.
Certification, such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL.
Knowledge of Jira and scripting languages.
