INEOS Automotive - Grenadier - Built On Purpose

Story so far
Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we've hit some huge milestones along the way.

Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years.

And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Multi
Project Budget Planning für Engineering (short/ mid/ longterm planning)
Analyse der monatlichen Ist-Zahlen (Monatsergebnis) und enge Abstimmung mit der Finanzabteilung
Unterstützung des Entwicklungsteams bei Bedarfsanfragen
Sicherstellen, dass die vorgeschriebenen (Beschaffungs, Finanz) Prozesse eingehalten werden
Skizzieren und optimieren von neuen/bestehenden Prozessen hinsichtlich ENG-Budget/Controlling
Risikomanagement (Budget
Risiken)
Unterstützung im kaufm. Änderungsmanagement
Headcountplanung in Abstimmung mit den Teams

For the Engineering Budget & Controlling role, we are looking for:

Completed apprenticeship or university studies with focus on economics
Min. 3 years of working experience
Ideally: Automotive industry knowhow
Enjoys working with figures, interpreting them and preparing and presenting them
Experience in budget management & controlling the planning, expectations & expenses
Confident handling of SAP, MS Excel and Powerpoint
English very good (written and verbal)
