What you ́ll do:


  • Cultivate and nurture our online community across social media platforms, sparking meaningful conversations and fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Plan and execute engaging events that bring our brand to life, from intimate gatherings to larger adventures, ensuring every detail is meticulously coordinated.
  • Identify and collaborate with brand ambassadors, journalists and influencers who share our values, amplifying our message and reach within the outdoor community.
  • Continuously innovate and explore new ways to grow and engage our audience, leveraging social media trends and insights to drive impact.
  • Provides engaging texts, images and video content for our social media accounts.
  • Responds to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Monitors and reports on feedback and online reviews.
  • Organizes and participates in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinates with trade marketing, sales as well as with PR & Social Media agencies and volunteers to ensure brand consistency.

Who you are:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Passion for social media and event organization, with a desire to make a positive impact through community building.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and creating compelling content.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude, eager to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment.
  • 13 years of relevant work experience.
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills both in German (native or C1) and English (B2)
  • Strong passion for the outdoors and a handson mentality.
  • Ideally first experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign a plus.
