We are looking for a working student for the area of Logistic Services as soon as possible.

Here you will be part of a team of 15 to 20 people and responsible for the activities of load carrier management.

We support our clients in various processes related to the use of load carriers between Mercedes-Benz Group AG, its suppliers and other load carrier users.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

Ensuring smooth and timely processing of tasks
Commercial support and processing of scrappings
Handling of rental matters
Central supply management
Account management of supplier load carrier accounts
Complaint and escalation processing
Competent contact person for all issues relating to load carrier management
Documentation of existing processes and active participation in their design
Ensuring the identification and implementation of improvement potentials of internal process flows

Qualifications

Degree in the field of economics or a similar course of study
Confident handling of MS-Office and interest in IT systems desirable
Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Quick comprehension
Service orientation and good communication skills
