Role Summary/Purpose

The Lead Field Services leads the CMS field service team in the assigned geographic area and reports to the Area Manager to drive service process excellence in the territory in terms of utilization of service resources, efficient scheduling of service requests, service quality improvement and maintaining high quality service standards. Contact for all questions and activities regarding services in the assigned geographic area and the driving force in this scenario. This is about test methods, test equipment, training, coaching and audit schedules.

Essential responsibilities

Leading and coaching the CMS field service team in the assigned geographic area

Executing service activities at assigned key accounts
-
Efficient scheduling of service requests for the field service team
-
Approval of service report technical content, recommendations and time allocation. Follow-up any identified compliance findings.

Maximize efficient utilization of service resources and optimize service costs.
-
Driving compliance to standard service methods through learning and development plans and service auditing.
-
Developing and maintaining a local document library of working methods/practices/risk assessments.

Facilitate customer service adjustments resulting from margin reviews.

Conducting EHS incident/accident investigations and, produce and distribute the appropriate reports within the team.

Translate standard and repeatable service methods across the territory.

Conducting on-site audits to a defined audit schedule.

Deliver Legionella compliance at customer sites.

Support for costing of contracts and other sales support

Project coordination
-
Comply with integrity and safety as required by Veolia policies
-
Report all work related accidents (including vehicle), diseases, dangerous occurrences, near misses, incidents and damage to property to Line Manager and EHS Manager, through Gensuite.

Work with the Area Manager in executing the Account and Service strategy.

Qualifications/Requirements
-
Degree in a Science or Engineering.
-
5 years work experience in chemical water treatment industry.
-
Ability and willingness to work in range of environments to include but not limited to industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, and power industry facilities.
