Are you a proactive and motivated Customer Service Representative who wants to be part of a professional, diverse work environment where you take ownership of your work and get the support of a winning team?

We are looking for a passionate, people-oriented Customer Service Representative for our support order team in our German headquarters in Böblingen, near Stuttgart


This is a complex role for which we will train you thoroughly in our internal processes around incoming orders and how to manage them through to delivery and billing.

You need to be organized, communicative and able to interact with different stakeholders.


What will you be doing?:


  • Managing customer service requests such as endtoend order status management, for example:
  • order creation for our European clients and checking against legal requirements
- tracking of repair/calibration requests
- coordinating with our interface organizations like logistics, service entities and others
- monitor end-to-end order process status and ensure closure
- resolve questions around invoicing requirements, contract issues/administration or lease administration

  • Determining and developing new or improved approaches to processes or tasks.

Job Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, you bring the following with you:


  • Very good GERMAN and good English:
  • Approximately of 2 years relevant experience in a complex, industrial customer service environment
  • This is a good fit for someone with a commercially focused apprenticeship (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or similar
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and complex systems like SAP, Siebel, Oracle, Salesforce
  • Positive and selfconfident approach to resolve issues and ensure customer success
  • Experience handling challenging phone calls or escalations
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Detail and process oriented to ensure quality and operational excellence
  • Flexibility for the occasional overtime request we also give flexibility on our side, of course
