required skills:

Substantial knowledge and experience in Houdini and FX Simulation
Proven experience of 5+ years in a large variety of effects, including pyro, fluids, particles, destruction, vellum and crowds
Desire to motivate artists, provide constructive feedback and foster a collaborative spirit within your team of artists
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage a team
Excellent understanding of CG Mathematics, Physics and VEX Scripting

responsibilities:

Lead your FX project teammates to meet expectations and deliver work in a timely manner
Work with the FX Supervisor to create the initial setups and templates for the project's FX tasks
Provide feedback and mentorship to your FX teammates, and help them find solutions to their technical issues
Maintain reusable resources such as documentation and tutorials for FX team reference
