We are looking for a working student who is passionate about the media industry to join our Client Service team.

This hybrid role (office/ remote) is working on one of Omnicom's biggest clients, within our newly formed B2B Hub based in Dusseldorf.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting planning and activation in EMEA and across other worldwide markets. You will be assisting with the planning, implementation, tracking and reporting across multi-media campaigns, especially focusing on digital media.


Areas of responsibility [#1434877]

  • Support Media Executives in the daytoday running of the account.
  • Support campaign implementation.
  • Evaluate and plan local media opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining flowcharts, campaign trackers and quarterly reports.
  • Develop points of view on new media opportunities (i.e. new media channels).
  • Competitive monitoring assistance, as needed.

About You

  • You are currently studying business administration/ marketing/ communication or already have some media/ agency experience.
  • Passion for and interest in all media.
  • High attention to detail. You enjoy working with numbers confidently.
  • Strong time management & organisational skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to multitask. Account is fast paced and comms heavy.
  • Ability to create and manage your own todo list.
  • Enjoy working within a closeknit team.
  • Interest in developing skills to present within agency and to clients.
  • An eye for design. Excel skills required. You know MS Office like the back of your hand.
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English and German.
  • Desire to continue to learn and develop within the agency environment.
  • Interest in automotive industries. Desire to learn & understand client's business
