Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide HR guidance when appropriate on topics such as career planning, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Maintain indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to daytoday management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Define, implement and administer HR policies and procedures in line with global policies and local requirements.
  • Conduct regular meetings with respective business units.
  • Own the relationship with Working Council.
  • Responsible of all new hirings and end of employment actions.
  • Participate in interview processes when needed and intervene in salary negotiations.
  • Develop the Personal Development strategy for the employees.
  • Interface to HR Administration and shared HR services.

Experience profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business strategies.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
