Your Role:

Part of the End User Services organization is, among other things, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of end user devices (computers, mobile devices, peripherals) and assisting with local projects such as site expansions, office moves or any other IT infrastructure project that requires on-site support.

As part of this global team, you will support internal communication development, project management activities, and the planning of internal events.

You will also be engaged in process improvement initiatives, KPI reporting and ad-hoc cross-functional activities with other units, such as our business sectors and the IT organization.

Who you are:

Studies in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar fields
Excellent command of English (German is a plus)
Sound knowledge of MS Office and affinity to digital tools
Strong communication skills, proactive, committed, and reliable personality
Good organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and drive topics on your own.
