Customer Support & Management (M/F/d):

Customer Service sees itself as the team within the company for all matters relating to the customer. We see the customer as a partner for mutual and sustainable success. Customer satisfaction has the highest priority, because customer satisfaction means growth and long-term business relationships.

You will work as part of the Skylotec Nordic team and as part of the customer service team in Neuwied at the headquarter.

You will also work closely with other team members as well as with the Sales Manager, Key Account Lead, Managing Director and external suppliers within the tactical business unit.


Your responsibilities:


  • Coordinator between Skylotec GmbH and Actsafe office in Sweden
  • Customer service on Tactical business and for our business with German Authorities
  • Coordinator on Tactical business globally
  • Technical advisory for colleges in Skylotec GmbH on Actsafe and Tactical products
  • Monitoring of Global tender processes for Tactical business
  • Live customer and supplier meetings when needed
  • Act as Sales and Technical support on suitable exhibitions and seminars
  • Support in tenders and price negotiations

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training in the commercial/technical field
  • Professional experience in sales of technical products with good technical understanding
  • Experienced handling of ERP systems and the MS Office package
  • Very good English skills in spoken and written, gladly also other foreign languages
  • Handson mentality and open for new challenges
  • Enjoy customer communication eloquent, confident, resilient and professional
  • Selforganization and motivation (working in a mobile office)
  • You want to improve customer satisfaction and win the job in the process an like in an international environment
