Internship - Direct Lending / Private Debt (M/F/d)

Ab sofort gesucht (unbefristet)
35-40 h pro Woche
2.500 € pro Monat
Kein Homeoffice

Your Responsibilities
You are going to perform financial and market research as well as analysis that forms the basis for decisions on new debt and equity investments of the firm
You will be supporting the team in screening new investment opportunities
You are going to assist in preparation of Excel based financial models including cash flow analysis, debt sizing and structuring
You will support in preparing investment committee memos as well as presentations and pitches for internal and external use
You will be keeping track of relevant current market activities
Your tasks will include additional duties as deemed necessary by credit team and Senior Management

You work well in a very entrepreneurial organization, and you are a selfstarter with strong numerical skills and attention to detail
You are a Masters, PhD or final year Bachelors student from a top tier University with the following fields of study: Business Administration or Informatics, Finance & Accounting, Engineering and with top grades in relevant areas
You have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong desire to learn and succeed
You have got outstanding written and oral communication skills both in English and German language with proven international work and/or study experience
You show a high proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
You are able to work independently and efficiently also under time pressure
Ideally, you have relevant work/internship experience in e.g. Private Equity or Private Debt, Leveraged Finance, Investment Banking or Corporate Finance
