Your area of responsibility:

You will be responsible for the further development and implementation of a sustainable purchasing strategy.

You will ensure prudent supplier management and carry out strategic supplier analysis, selection, approval and auditing.
They independently negotiate purchasing conditions, price and performance conditions and ensure the preparation, drafting and conclusion of contracts.
They identify cost reduction potentials and implement them.
In all these activities, you will work in close cooperation with the relevant interface departments, especially the technical departments.
They analyze the relevant procurement markets and prepare corresponding reports.
If necessary, you will support operational purchasing.
Travel share approx. 1015%

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a degree in economics, industrial engineering or engineering, alternatively a commercial or technical apprenticeship with a corresponding additional qualification.
Professional experience in technical purchasing, industry knowledge and experience in the field of mechanical engineering are a plus.
You have a confident handling of contract law.
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
You are a confident personality with a high level of negotiating skills.
You have analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and goaloriented way of working.
You are willing to travel throughout Germany and occasionally travel abroad.
