Milano Vice, founded in 2021, is a German food-consumer startup that leverages existing kitchens to sell best-in-class pizzas, pinsas, and other Italian-inspired specialties.

We have 50+ locations throughout Germany and are supported by leading investors in New York and Europe.

We are seeking a Founder's Associate to support on key strategic topics across the company.

You will work directly with the Head of Strategy, Milano Vice co-founders, and cross-functionally with Sales, Culinary, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to shape the future of our company.

Tasks

Drive key strategic projects to help Milano Vice reach its near

- and long-term business goals.

Provide quantitative analysis and insights to department leads to shape their perspectives and influence decisionmaking.
Create materials to communicate important findings to the management team, investors, and other key stakeholders
Support teams on regular strategic initiatives, planning, KPI tracking, and performance management processes.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

12 years of experience in toptier consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or similar organizations.
Analytical mindset. Enjoys working with data to support strategic recommendations. Experience using Excel is required.
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate recommendations to stakeholders throughout the company.
Enthusiasm for outofthebox thinking and a bias towards action.
