Your tasks:

Independent supervision, support and development of all managers and employees in the area of responsibility as well as independent handling of all issues relating to the employment relationship
Supporting the implementation of the global HR strategy in the area of responsibility
Management of (personnel development) measures as part of the performance and talent management process
Coordination of issues relevant under works constitution law with the works council
Implementation of international personnel planning for the management area, taking into account the planning premises
Implementation of induction events and support for the integration of new employees
Continuous improvement of processes and instruments in the personnel area
Coordination and implementation of special projects

Your Profile:

Completed studies in the field of economics, humanities or social sciences, preferably with a focus on human resources management, alternatively a completed advanced training as a human resources manager
Professional experience in the field of human resources or in dealing with human resources issues
Sound knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining agreements and social security law
Good business knowledge as well as economic thinking and acting
High level of social competence in dealing with employees at all hierarchical levels as well as intercultural competence
Good SAP-HR user skills would be an advantage
Good written and spoken English
