Your tasks:


  • Supervision and coordination of CSR reporting on the basis of the CSRD
  • Incorporation of constantly changing reporting requirements at both European and global level
  • Implementing necessary KPIs and setting up necessary processes
  • Cooperation with internal departments and the relevant areas in the Group with regard to sustainability reporting
  • Preparation, coordination and review of CSRD relevant KPIs
  • Project work in connection with sustainability
  • Processing and managing sustainabilityrelated inquiries from key stakeholders
  • Internal and external communication of sustainability topics

Your profile:


  • Completed studies in the field of management & sustainability, industrial engineering, with a focus on sustainability, environmental management or similar
  • Experience in working in interdisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of all ESG areas
  • Knowledge of the requirements of the most important stakeholder groups in terms of sustainability and the legal requirements
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Structured and independent working
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good command of English and German
