As our next Project Marketing Specialist will coordinate between both Dutch and French teams ensuring good synchronization of performance.

You will also be directly responsible in liaising great communication, ensure projects are running smoothly within allocated budgets and supervise paid campaigns to ensure their success.

Your main aim will be to ensure that all information and data is being managed and your manager can always rely on you to keep things in check.

Tasks

Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure effective performance and coordination of the French and Dutch team.
Support our marketing manager for the WEST region in organizing various projects
Use marketing analytics to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
Assist in the organizing of promotional events, traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and nonfinancial information
Create and conduct promotional presentations.

Requirements:

Ideally a proven experience as a marketing assistant in the beauty industry
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Actionable ability to handle various team oriented tasks and adhere to tight deadlines
Wellorganized with a teamoriented approach
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
Exquisite communication and people skills
High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
Nice to have if you are experienced with JIRA, Trello or any project management tool
