In order to strengthen our team at our location in Garching, Gunnebo Entrance Control GmbH is looking to hire a Sales Representative in Bavaria/ Baden Württemberg


Your main tasks:

• Active winning of new customers, both direct and indirect
• Strategic development and expansion of business relationships
• Customer analysis with the aim of exploring the sales potential of the sales area.
• Data collection and maintenance on the CRM system
• Identification and development of customized solutions
• Presenting convincing solutions at the decisionmaking level of potential customers
• Creation and calculation of offers, followup of offers
• Initiation, contract negotiation and conclusion of contracts
• Customer support during project execution, close cooperation with operations

Who are we looking for:

• Completed technical or commercial training or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of successful professional experience in field sales for products and solutions that require technical explanation. Relevant industry knowledge and experience in as an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Experience in winning new customers is an advantage.
• Hunter qualities, winning personality, pronounced initiative, high level of commitment, convincing demeanor, negotiating skills and closing confidence.
• Independent work and a handson mentality; ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to travel with overnight stays is required.
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
