Activities and responsibilities
Track the uptake and intracellular trafficking of bacterial sEV
Analyse the cargo of bacterial sEV (RNA, protein)
Determine host cell signalling pathways differentially regulated by bacterial sEV (RNASeq data)
Identify potential host target structures of incorporated bacterial sEV components
Establish the patientbased colonic organoid coculture

Qualification profile

Master's Degree in biology, biochemistry, or equivalent
Broad expertise in cell, molecular and biochemical techniques
Basic knowledge of graphic programs, statistical software, and online tools (e.g. Illustrator, GraphPadPrism)
Desirable but not obligatory work experience with mice models
Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English
