Position Summary

As part of Centerra, we are seeking a dedicated and vigilant security guard with two years of experience in protecting people and property.

Skilled in monitoring and controlling access points, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents in a timely and effective manner.

Location
- _Ansbach and surrounding areas_

Responsibilities

Ensure that duties are carried out in compliance with SOPs
Monitoring and authorizing entrance of vehicles or people into property/area
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location as directed
Investigate suspicious activity
Respond to alarms
Prevent trespassing
Complete reports as required in English and German
Coordinate with local emergency services in German as required
Maintain the company's reputation with professionalism and legal compliance
Other duties as assigned

Education

Secondary education or national diploma
IHK Unterrichtung gem. 34a GewO
Waffensachkunde gem. 7 WaffG
Valid first aid qualification

Qualifications

Fluent in German and English
2+ years' experience in security, law enforcement administration in the Armed Forces, civilian police, or commercial security agencies
Must possess a valid driver's license
Clear certificate of good conduct no older than six months
Excellent surveillance and observation skills
Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety

Working Conditions

The position may require extensive sitting, standing, watching monitors, patrolling a facility exposed to inclement weather conditions

Working Hours

8 or 12 hour shifts

Physical Requirements

Ability lift and carry items weighing up to 20KG
Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching, and bending throughout the workday
Capable of passing a Physical Ability Test
Must be capable of performing duties while wearing a protective vest
Must provide a "Doctor's Statement" reflecting in good general health
