WHAT YOU WILL DO

:


  • Supporting your team members in daily base tasks
  • Assist in education and training initiatives to engage employees in internal and regulatory compliance matters in order to maintain compliance awareness
  • Aide in deploying existing monitoring and oversight programmes and carry out monitoring and controls to establish ongoing compliance with internal policy and regulatory requirements
  • Review marketing and fund reporting literature
  • Review antimoney laundering due diligence materials for key counterparties
  • Maintain compliance databases where required, including antimoney laundering and marketing databases
  • Collect and collate information required for senior management, compliance and antimoney laundering reporting. Prepare and present reports as required
  • Participate in the review and update of legal and regulatory documentation
  • Protect the integrity and reputation of the Company and develop a positive compliance culture

  • Proficient set of quantitative, qualitative and interpersonal skills
  • Practical, confident English (verbal and written), capability to interface with various internal and external stakeholders
  • General familiarity with European financial regulation, investments and financial markets
  • Selfstarter and strong team player who is inquisitive and selfmotivated
  • Detail oriented, able to set priorities and complete simultaneous projects
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, with flexibility to adapt
