Job Description:

What you can expect

Support delivery of executive & global compensation programs and processes, in alignment with market practice and group strategy.
Support performance review process.
Assist job architecture and grading implementation.
Support a yearly benchmarking process and run compensation analysis to determine market competitiveness.
Analyze internal pay data to identify trends and make recommendations to improve equity and market competitiveness.
Support communication and change management for implementation of Compensation programs.

Qualifications:

About you

Strong experience of compensation or rewards within an HR team.
High level of affinity to and experience with digital reward solutions.
Experience with Compensation module in SucessFactors or Workday Advanced Compensation desired
Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets
